List earlier vehicle registrations for a company (AG Grid)

Closed registration periods from Transportstyrelsen, one row per period (ägare or brukare) with periodStartDate and periodEndDate, newest end date first. A vehicle the company held twice appears twice.

Returns the company’s ended registrations on vehicles, one row per registration period as owner (ägare) or user (brukare), newest end date first. A vehicle the company held twice appears twice. The current registrations are in vehicles now, and the whole list as a file in the CSV export.

The request body is the grid request described in Pagination. Each row has the columns below and the period: periodStartDate and periodEndDate, with isCurrent false.
