Returns the transfers of insurance portfolios to or from the company, as registered by Bolagsverket, newest case first.

Field	Description
`decisionDate`	The day the transfer was decided
`transferredFromRegistrationNumber`, `transferredFromCompanyId`	The company that transfers the portfolio
`transferredToRegistrationNumber`, `transferredToCompanyId`, `transferredToText`	The company that takes it over; `transferredToText` when only a name is registered
`isWholePortfolio`, `isPartOfPortfolio`	Whether the whole portfolio or a part of it is transferred
`finansinspektionenPermitDate`, `permitIsWholePortfolio`, `permitIsPartOfPortfolio`	Finansinspektionen’s permit for the transfer, and what it covers
`takeoverPermitDate`	The permit for the takeover
`expiredRegistrationDate`	The day the transfer lapsed, when it did
`note`	The free text registered with the transfer
`registrationDate`, `caseNumber`, `caseYear`	The registration and the Bolagsverket case
