Get stock information for a listed company

In-depth stock information for a company whose shares are or were listed on a Nordic market: the listing, every venue its shares were admitted to, market data, insider trading the last 12 months and the latest insider transactions, filings and press releases. Answers 404 when the company never had a listed share line.

The listing on its own is part of core company details (stockListing) on every plan.

Fields

Field	Content
`listing`	The listing, as `stockListing` in core company details.
`lei`	The company’s LEI, which identifies it as issuer. The insider fields need it and are omitted when the company has none.
`venues`	Every venue the shares were admitted to at the company’s request, ended admissions included, active ones first. See Venues.
`marketData`	Market data for the ordinary share line; omitted when there is none. See Market data.
`insiderSummary`	Insider acquisitions and disposals of shares the last 12 months. See Insider summary.
`latestInsiderTransactions`	The 10 latest insider transactions; all of them from insider transactions.
`latestPublications`	The 10 latest filings and press releases; all of them from filings and press releases.

Venues

The admissions to trading in ESMA’s instrument register (FIRDS), one entry per share line and venue.

`isin`, `name`	The instrument’s ISIN and full name.
`mic`, `venue`	The venue’s MIC (ISO 10383) and, when known, its name.
`isRegulatedMarket`	True on a regulated market, false on a multilateral trading facility (MTF); omitted when unknown.
`shareType`	`Ordinary`, `Preference`, `DepositaryReceipt` or `Other`, from the CFI code.
`votingRights`	`Voting`, `NonVoting`, `Restricted` or `Enhanced`; omitted when unknown.
`cfi`	The instrument’s classification (ISO 10962).
`currency`	The trading currency.
`firstTradeDate`, `terminationDate`	Admission to trading or first trade on the venue, and the date the admission ended.
`isActive`	The admission is in force.

Market data

`ticker`	The ordinary share line the figures belong to.
`numberOfSharesMillions`	The number of shares, in millions.
`priceChange1MonthPct`, `priceChange3MonthsPct`, `priceChange1YearPct`	The share price change in percent.
`pe`	Price/earnings.
`dividendYieldPct`	The dividend yield in percent.
`nextReportDate`	The date of the company’s next financial report.
`asOfDate`	The date of the figures.

Insider summary

insiderSummary sums the transactions in Finansinspektionen’s insider register (insynshandel) from from, 12 months back: acquisitions (Förvärv) and disposals (Avyttring) of shares, by number of shares and valued in SEK. Transactions linked to a share option programme are left out, as are other natures such as lending, allocations and gifts, and reports Finansinspektionen has replaced or cancelled.
