The first certificate of a company also fetches its earlier names from Bolagsverket; the price includes that. Every order makes a new certificate and fetches Bolagsverket's case list, stored as an order of its own at no charge: the first page names the latest registered case the certificate includes and warns when Bolagsverket has registered a later one, which the title then says too. Pro+ tier A registration certificate (registreringsbevis) made by TIC from Bolagsverket's register, laid out like Bolagsverket's own, for an aktiebolag, handelsbolag, kommanditbolag or branch (filial), a foreign bank's branch included: the company's details, share capital and share classes, board, CEO, auditors and partners with their addresses, signatory rules and vacancies, prokura, the rule on the number of board members, the articles of association with their clauses, the business description, the fiscal year, how the general meeting is called, the company's earlier and secondary names, and a registered bankruptcy, reorganisation, liquidation, merger plan or division plan. A branch's certificate also describes the foreign company it belongs to. * The certificate is made at once from the register data TIC holds, so it does not wait for Bolagsverket. It is not issued by Bolagsverket. * The first certificate of a company also fetches its earlier names from Bolagsverket. The price includes that, and later certificates of the company, ordered by any team, do not fetch them again. * Pro teams get personal identity numbers with the last four digits masked, as in the other company endpoints. * A person with protected personal data is shown as "Skyddade personuppgifter", with no identity number, name or address. * Every order makes a new certificate. Earlier ones stay in the team's orders. * Every order also fetches Bolagsverket's case list (ärendeförteckning), stored as an order of its own at no charge. The first page names the latest registered case the certificate includes, which the order returns as `externalId2`, and warns when Bolagsverket has registered a later case that TIC has not received yet. The order's title then ends in "(Obs! senare ärende registrerat)". * Errors return a problem document with a `code`: `not_at_bolagsverket` (404, Bolagsverket has no record of the company), `not_supported` (422, the certificate does not yet cover the company's legal form or something in its register, e.g. a bostadsrättsförening or an ekonomisk förening; the detail says what) or `certificate_failed` (502, Bolagsverket did not answer or the certificate could not be made). Nothing is charged for any of them. * Download the PDF with `GET /orders/{guid}/file`.
