Pro+ tier The entry as of the latest case: the intermediary, its assignments from insurers, the permits per assignment (Sweden, EEA branch, cross-border) and the EEA countries. `history` lists the entry per case. For an insurer, `tiedIntermediaries` lists the intermediaries whose current entry has an assignment from it.
