# Get the board on a date as PDF

> Everyone who held a position in the company on the date, grouped as board, management, owners and partners, audit, signatories and other positions, as a PDF report. Built from the positions of GET /companies/{id}/representatives: a position counts from its start date, and someone who left on the date is no longer counted. The report marks who joined or changed role that day, lists who left, and compares the board with Bolagsverket's count of board members when Bolagsverket has one for the date.

Pro+ tier

Everyone who held a position in the company on one date, as a PDF report: the board, management, owners and partners, audit, signatories and other positions. It is built from the positions in [Representatives](/api-lens/companies/get-company-representatives), each with its start and end date.

## How the date is read

* A position counts from its start date. Someone whose position ended on the date is no longer counted and is listed under **Left on this day**.
* On a date when the register changed, the report shows the board after that day's changes. It marks who joined or changed role that day.
* Without `date` the report shows today's positions. A date in the future returns `400`.
* When Bolagsverket has a count of board members for the date, the report compares it with the board members and deputies it lists, employee representatives left out. If they differ, a notice says the details may be incomplete for that date.
* A board of one or two members with no deputy is flagged, because such a board must have at least one deputy.
