# Get statute changes for a company

> Returns the registered changes to the statutes (stadgar) for company forms other than AB, as notified by Bolagsverket: the statute change registration date and the case (number, year, registration time) that delivered it.

Returns the registered changes to the company's statutes (stadgar), one entry per Bolagsverket case, newest case first. Only delivered for company forms other than AB (for example economic associations, housing cooperatives and partnerships); limited companies have articles of association instead.

`statuteChangeRegistrationDate` is the registration date of the latest change to the statutes as of that case, so a later case can repeat a date it already reported. `caseNumber`, `caseYear` and `caseRegistrationDate` identify the case. The latest date is also returned as `latestStatuteChangeDate` by [company details](/api-lens/companies/get-core-company-details).
