# Get insider transactions for a listed company

Returns the transactions reported to Finansinspektionen's insider register for the company as issuer, newest first.

Company not found or not accessible

The transactions reported to Finansinspektionen's insider register (insynshandel) with the company as issuer, matched by its LEI, newest transaction first, at most 2,000. Reports Finansinspektionen has replaced or cancelled are left out. The list is empty when the company has no LEI.

## Fields

| `transactionDate`, `publicationDate` | When the transaction was made and when Finansinspektionen published the report. |
| `person`, `position` | The person discharging managerial responsibilities and their position. |
| `isCloselyAssociated` | The transaction was made by someone closely associated with the person. |
| `notifyingParty` | Who notified the transaction, for example the closely associated company. |
| `nature` | As Finansinspektionen words it: `Förvärv`, `Avyttring`, `Teckning`, `Tilldelning` and others. |
| `instrumentName`, `instrumentType`, `isin` | The instrument traded. |
| `volume`, `volumeUnit` | The volume and its unit, for example `Antal` (number of shares). |
| `price`, `currency` | The price per unit and its currency. |
| `venue` | Where the transaction was made. |
| `isShareProgramme` | The transaction is linked to a share option programme. |
| `caseNumber` | Finansinspektionen's case number for the report. |
