# Get filings and press releases for a listed company

Returns the company's regulated filings with Finansinspektionen and its press releases, newest first.

Company not found or not accessible

The company's regulated filings with Finansinspektionen and its press releases, newest first, at most 2,000. The 10 latest are part of [stock information](/api-lens/companies/get-stock-information-for-a-listed-company).

| `kind` | Source |
|---|---|
| `Filing` | Regulated information the company filed with Finansinspektionen, with its `category` and a link to the document. |
| `PressRelease` | Press releases for the company's shares distributed by MFN, Cision, Nordic IR or beQuoted. Those from MFN have a link (`url`); the others have none. A release distributed through more than one channel is listed once. |

| `kind` | `Filing` or `PressRelease`. |
| `category` | The filing's category as Finansinspektionen gives it; omitted for press releases. |
| `headline` | The headline. |
| `url` | A link to the filing or press release; omitted when there is none. |
| `languageCode` | The ISO language code; omitted when unknown. |
