> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.tic.io/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Get convertibles and warrants for a company > Returns the company's registered decisions on convertibles (konvertibler), warrants (teckningsoptioner) and, before 2006, promissory notes (skuldebrev), plus the share subscriptions and exchanges made against them. Pro+ tier Returns the company's registered decisions on convertibles (konvertibler) and warrants (teckningsoptioner), and the shares subscribed or exchanged against them. ## Decisions `decisions` holds one entry per decision, newest first. `convertibleOrWarrantType` is `convertible`, `warrant`, or `promissoryNote` (skuldebrev, replaced by convertibles and warrants from 2006 for AB and from April 2011 for FAB). `decidedByCode` is `B` (general meeting), `S` (board) or `R` (reorganisation plan). | Field | Applies to | | - | - | | `convertibleAmount`, `minAmount`, `maxAmount`, `exchangeStartDate`, `exchangeEndDate` | Convertibles: amount, lowest and highest amount, and the period in which they can be exchanged for shares. | | `numberOfWarrants` (or `minWarrants` / `maxWarrants`), `warrantSubscriptionStartDate`, `warrantSubscriptionEndDate` | Warrants: number and subscription period. | | `shareCapitalIncreaseAmount`, `shareClass` | Both: how much the share capital can increase by, and the share class concerned. | | `decidedAmount`, `subscriptionAmount`, `warrantAmount`, `newWarrantSubscriptionStartDate`, `newWarrantSubscriptionEndDate` | Older decisions only (before 2006 for AB, before April 2011 for FAB). | | `note` | Free text registered with the decision. | `registrationDate`, `caseNumber` and `caseYear` identify the Bolagsverket case that registered the decision. ## Conversions `conversions` holds the shares subscribed with warrants (`conversionType` `shareSubscription`) or exchanged for convertibles (`shareExchange`): amount, number of shares, free text and the registering case. `nominalValue` is only set for registrations before April 2011. ## OpenAPI ````yaml get /companies/{id}/convertibles-and-warrants openapi: 3.1.1 info: title: TIC Lens API description: "The TIC Lens API provides programmatic access to company, person, property, vehicle, and order data.\r\n\r\n## Authentication\r\n\r\nAll requests require an API key passed via the `x-api-key` header:\r\n\r\n```bash\r\ncurl -H \"x-api-key: YOUR_API_KEY\" https://lens-api.tic.io/companies/123\r\n```\r\n\r\nAPI keys are managed through the TIC Lens web application under **Settings → API Keys**.\r\n\r\n## Base URL\r\n\r\n| Environment | URL |\r\n|-------------|-----|\r\n| Production | `https://lens-api.tic.io` |\r\n\r\n## Feature Access\r\n\r\nEndpoints are gated by your subscription plan.
