> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.tic.io/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Get cases closed without registration for a company > Returns the company's Bolagsverket cases and annual reports that were closed without being registered, with the outcome (`refused`, `writtenOff`, `recalled`, `transferred` with the case it moved to, `adActa`, or `closed`) and its date. These are no longer listed by current-cases. Pro+ tier Returns the company's cases and annual reports that Bolagsverket closed without registering them, most recently closed first. They no longer appear in [current cases](/api-lens/companies/get-current-legaladministrative-cases-for-a-company). A refusal or a write-off often means that a change the company applied for did not go through. `kind` is `case` for a case and `annualReport` for an annual report; annual reports also carry the financial period (`periodStart`, `periodEnd`, `isInterimReport`). ## Outcome `outcome` and `closedDate` give how and when the case ended. The individual dates are returned as well. | `outcome` | Meaning | Date field | | - | - | - | | `refused` | Avslag: the application was refused. | `refusedDate` | | `writtenOff` | Avskrivet: the case was written off. | `writtenOffDate` | | `recalled` | Återkallat: the applicant withdrew it. | `recalledDate` | | `transferred` | Överfört: moved to another case, given by `transferredToCaseYear` and `transferredToCaseNumber`. | `transferredDate` | | `adActa` | Ad acta: filed without further action.
