# Get the share capital history for a company

> Returns the company's share capital history as held in the register tables: the current share capital, every registered change, authorisations and debt instruments, from the daily register feed and, once the paid history order has been placed for the company, Bolagsverket's complete history back to the formation. Nothing is ordered or charged; `recovery` says whether the complete history is in.

Pro+ tier

Returns the company's share capital history as held in the register tables, without placing a new order or charging anything: the current share capital, every registered change, the authorisations and the debt instruments, from the daily register feed and, once the paid history order has been placed for the company by any team, Bolagsverket's complete history back to the formation. `recovery` is set once that history is in and says what it added; `teamDocumentOrder` is your team's own order, if any. Before the recovery the answer holds the feed's rows alone, which reach back to the company's first notification.

The history holds the share capital as registered today (`shareCapital`, with limits, number of shares and share classes), one row per registered change (`changes`), the general meeting authorisations for the board (`authorizations`) and the convertibles, warrants and legacy promissory notes (`debtInstruments`). Changes registered before the register conversion in 2003 are flagged `isBeforeConversion` and carry fewer details.
